To benefit from the Service, the Customer acknowledges that it :

- exercises a WAN operator activity in the IP protocol that constitutes the Internet,

- directly manages its traffic exchanges with other WAN operators that constitute the Internet,

- markets connections to its network,

- has its own AS (Autonomous System) number and has previously registered its AS routing policy in the register of the RIPE or its equivalent,

- has a NOC (Network Operations Center) accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
